CAS Project- Investment J/A Term

This year, Clark and I are working together to propose an investment J/A term for our school. Right now we are in the planning stage where we are putting together our proposal and putting together an outline of the itinerary. This is going to be an ongoing process of planning and collaborating with others in order to make this happen. So far, we have most of the ideas of what we would like to accomplish in the J/A term, we just need to organize everything out along with finding experts that can come and present to the class. Because of the fact that this is a large project, it is difficult to stay on track while balancing school work and after school activities. We are keeping in mind the deadlines for submitting our proposal and are working to create smaller deadlines to help us stay on track. This process of planning and helping to lead a J/A term is my CAS project because I will be working on this in the months to come and it will be a substantial learning experience. This planning experience reflects CAS learning outcome three because, with Clark, I have begun to initiate and plan a big fieldwork experience.
