Biking
Every other weekend I go to Sugar Land to stay with my dad. We live next to multiple parks and a bayou. One of my favorite activities to do when I’m there is bike around to all of the parks and explore the area. Biking is one of my favorite outdoor activities because it is very freeing and relaxing. You feel the wind against your face and you can move as fast as you can. It’s easy to bike further than where you’ve been before and explore new places. It’s so fun and is a really good way to release my stress. I’ve gotten much better at biking since I’ve started doing it regularly every other weekend. However, I could improve my stamina when biking. Biking requires a lot of leg strength and stamina to keep the bike going, especially when going up and down hills. So, this is an area that I could definitely work on and exercise more regularly outside of biking. I connect this experience to learner outcome one because I know my strengths and where I stand in biking and I know what area I need to work on.
